I can't even imagine there being anyone that does not love the outdoors! I believe I would literally die if I couldn't get outside on a regular basis and work or play or just enjoy the beautiful displays of GOD's power all around us. Being outdoors is a big part of who I am. For about 10 years, I was involved in Boy Scouts as an adult leader and had the pleasure of visiting and exploring parts of this great and beautiful country of ours such as the Boundry Waters, the mountains of Colorado and the Current River in Missouri. Since I have left scouts, my wife and I have enjoyed visiting the Great Smokey Mountains in Kentucky, Arkansas, Missouri, different parts of our great state of Oklahoma and just recently, we had the opportunity to visit the land where the roots of mankind grew....Israel!
Lord willing, there are many more outdoor adventures awaiting us and we can hardly wait to explore a new place. I will share those adventures with you as we "mark them off our list" in the course of time.
