I love to workout! Being physically fit and in somewhat decent shape has always been something that I like. In fact, I feel the best during my life when I'm actively working on getting or staying physically fit. Yes there are times when I fall off the fitness wagon but it is usually not for very long, a week or 10 days maybe. My body starts sending me signals that it misses those workouts and I need to get back on board.

So, look for all things Fitness on this page as I post articles that will provide insight and hopefully help you in some way to get control of your physical body. After all, God gave it to you so you best take care of it, right?
